Rudy’s, part of Mission Mars, is opening a new site in St Albans. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing front-of-house team with the Senior leaders on site to drive guest experience, standards, and performance.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding as you contribute to a growing brand. Salary is £32,900 with tips, tronc monthly, and up to 32% bonus per annum paid quarterly.
