Northumberland County Council’s Business Northumberland team is seeking a proactive Business and Employment Advisor. You will work with employers and residents to meet recruitment and workforce development needs, supporting local people into sustainable employment.
You will build relationships with employers, identify recruitment and skills gaps, and create pathways into employment, apprenticeships and training across Northumberland, including the QTS Data Centre project and community locations.
