Store Experience & Stock Performance Manager

Dunelm is hiring a Customer Experience Manager (Store Coach) for our East of England stores. You will deputise for the Store Manager, drive stock availability and campaigns, and lead a team to deliver an amazing shopping experience for customers.

You will manage around 30 colleagues, including 3 Team Leaders, foster a positive culture, champion excellent customer service, and ensure store standards and stock integrity are maintained while enabling strong sales growth.
