Assistant Store Manager — Lead Customer Experience & Sales (Weekend Shifts)

British Heart Foundation in Darlington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team and support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running, stepping in during their absence. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and helping volunteers and staff to grow.

You will contribute to store targets through proactive sales and stock management.
