Waterway is hiring Customer Service Associates at our Shrewsbury location. Join our team in a fast-paced, friendly environment where you’ll greet customers, explain products, and drive sales of car wash services, memberships, and retail items.
We offer flexible daytime/evening/weekend shifts, training and development, tuition assistance up to $4k per year, free car washes, and discounts. Average pay is $22/hour (18 base + up to 5 bonus).
