In-Store Customer Experience Specialist

John Lewis Partnership in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain in-store standards. You’ll help customers, use product knowledge to drive sales, and ensure stock availability and shop cleanliness.

Flexibility across seven days and across roles including till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing and general shop-keeping is required. We value strong communication and basic IT literacy, with training provided.
