Nextech Group in Middlesbrough seeks a Policy & Compliance Manager to own the Policy & Compliance function within the Technical Department. You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership, driving Cyber Essentials and GDPR initiatives and turning them into revenue-generating services for clients.
You will own multiple policy areas, lead client and internal meetings, and build a scalable compliance product, while maintaining high standards of integrity and delivery from day one.
