Shift Manager – Customer-First Retail Lead with Benefits

Greggs on Birmingham Road Dudley is seeking a Shift Manager to join our retail team. You’ll lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate colleagues and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, and online orders.

This role offers scope to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment and to help our customers enjoy great products every day. Typical shift patterns, 35 hours per week, and a pay rate of £14.00 per hour with a 20p band increment are included.
