Job Description:
UPP Nottingham is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join our team, providing both planned and responsive maintenance across campus accommodation. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
You will carry out reactive maintenance, document job details in Planon, monitor plant rooms and common areas, assist with statutory testing, and help ensure safety and compliance. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
