Volvo Group in Wellingborough is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Service Advisor to join a busy Volvo Truck & Bus team. You will be the link between customers, service workshop, and parts, coordinating bookings, updates and invoicing to ensure service is efficient and professional.

The role requires a customer-focused, organised individual who can handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly with customers and workshop staff, and use workshop management systems.
