Training & Competence Coordinator – Rail & Compliance

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Training and Competence Records Coordinator to manage Sentinel and IRSE training records across the business. You will schedule track training to meet Sentinel and IRSE requirements and respond to ad-hoc requests from projects and regions.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate databases, acting as a primary contact for competence queries, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, producing reports, and supporting audits.
