Assistant Store Manager — Fashion Retail, Growth & Benefits

British Heart Foundation in Watford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our fashion store. The role requires full flexibility to work across 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis.

You will support the Store Manager with day-to-day running and cover in their absence, inspiring staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey while driving sales and upholding store standards.
