Skills and Experience Required
About the role
You’ll create high-performing video and motion creative across paid and organic social, with animation and motion design being a major part of the role.
Working alongside our videographers, designers and creative team, you’ll turn concepts into sharp, scroll-stopping content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll edit footage, build animated sequences, bring static creative to life, and create the hooks, variants and formats needed to test and scale winning ideas.
We’re looking for someone who is highly comfortable with animation, particularly in short-form social, and understands how movement, typography, pacing and visual storytelling can capture attention and drive performance.
You’ll work closely with our Performance Creative Strategist, using creative performance data to continually improve what we make — identifying winning hooks, formats, visual styles and animation techniques, then finding ways to push them further.
- Edit high-volume paid and organic social creative across Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Create animated and motion-led content, including typography, graphics, transitions, product animations and visual effects.
- Turn static designs and concepts into engaging short-form motion content.
- Create multiple hooks, edits, formats and variations from each shoot to maximise testing.
- Repurpose winning paid creative for organic and vice versa.
- Use performance data to inform edits, animation and future creative.
- Stay on top of emerging social formats, editing styles and animation trends.
- Keep projects, footage and assets organised and deliver production-ready files at pace.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to edit, animate, experiment and make a visible impact on the creative output of a fast-growing consumer health brand.
