What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
The intern will gain hands‑on experience developing creative work for a growing food, design, and culture brand, with direct guidance and feedback from FoodTee’s founder and creative collaborators.
Over the 12-week internship, the student will strengthen skills in graphic design, visual identity, typography, layout, apparel graphics, art direction, and campaign development while learning how creative concepts move from early research and ideation through revision and production.
The intern will also gain practical experience creating paid and organic social advertising across multiple formats, including static graphics, carousels, short-form video, campaign concepts, headlines, captions, and creative variations. They will learn how to adapt creative work for different audiences and platforms and how performance feedback can inform future design decisions.
A further area of development will be the thoughtful use of AI-assisted creative tools for image generation and editing, video, copy development, research, ideation, and campaign iteration. Guidance will include maintaining originality, accuracy, copyright awareness, disclosure where appropriate, and consistency with an established brand identity.
The intern will receive regular feedback and creative direction, develop experience responding to briefs and revisions, organize production-ready creative assets, and build portfolio-quality work across branding, apparel, advertising, and digital media. The internship is designed as a supported learning experience in which the student can experiment, develop new skills, and gain a clearer understanding of professional creative workflows.
