Job Description:
BASE C.I.C. at Battersea Power Station, London, is hiring a Customer Service Concierge on a full-time basis to deliver exceptional resident support.
You will work 16 x 12-hour shifts per calendar month, with a 1-hour unpaid break, and shifts notified at least two weeks in advance. You will assist residents with information about living at the estate, handle calls and emails, maintain records and reports, and support safety and access control in a busy, iconic destination.
