Deputy Store Manager: Lead Teams, KPIs & Customer Service

Lidl is hiring a Deputy Store Manager at Kipping’s Cross, Kent. The role is responsible for running the store in the Store Manager’s absence, leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.

A strong focus on deliveries, till operations, safety compliance and KPI improvement is required. The position offers a competitive salary £36,000-£42,000 per year, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, ongoing training and enhanced family leave.
