As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Advisor to join our team and ensure our customers experience a seamless and positive journey in buying their dream home.
As a Regional Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our homebuyers, guiding them through the buying process right up to legal completion. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their customer journey up to legal completion. Overseeing and coordinating all on-site sales and administrative tasks.
- Keeping an up-to-date record of the progress of each plot in your development and providing weekly updates to customers.
- Collaborating with the Site Manager and Sales Director to ensure the development meets the required quality and presentation standards.
- Contributing to the creation of key status reports and updates on all KPIs related to sales in your development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualification and Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the new build housing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively and take initiative to make informed decisions.
- Have prior experience working for a residential developer.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various site locations as required.
