Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekend work on a rota basis

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our successful estate agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Generating new business opportunities and leads.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Providing regular feedback to vendors.
- Achieving individual and branch sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in estate agency, sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good local market knowledge (desirable).
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
