Support Worker– Lifeways
£13.45 per hour | Full Time – 37.5hours per week Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm /2:30pm–10:00pm plus sleep-insPlease note: You will beworking on a rota basis and must be fully flexible to work eithershift.

Your Role as a Support Worker
Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care and dailyroutines
- Encouraging participation in hobbies,social activities, and community engagement
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in everyinteraction
- Monitoring wellbeing andresponding to individual needs
- Maintainingaccurate records and working collaboratively with yourteam
Please note: You will beworking on a rota basis, and shift patterns areassigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
