Chef – 25 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 4:00pm)
We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our growing culinary team, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 4:00pm with over time hours regularly available.
This role offers the perfect opportunity for chefs looking for additional hours, consistent daytime shifts and a better work-life balance.
It is particularly suited to:
- Breakfast Chefs looking to increase their earnings after completing an early morning shift.
- Agency Chefs who primarily work evenings and are looking for guaranteed additional weekly hours.
- Experienced chefs seeking a stable weekday role with weekends free.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
- Supporting menu development and implementing menu changes
- Identifying opportunities to improve food quality and service delivery
- Listening and responding to customer feedback
- Supporting the development of new food concepts and menus
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
- Monitoring stock levels and kitchen inventories
- Supporting kitchen cleanliness and compliance standards
- Helping to maintain a positive brand image through excellent food and service
Our Ideal Chef de Partie Will:
- Be passionate about great food and excellent service
- Have experience in a similar Chef role
- Have experience supervising or supporting a kitchen team
- Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate
- Have a positive, flexible and proactive approach to work
- Be organised, reliable and self-motivated
