n THE ROLE
n
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor 3-4 + PQE with a solid property litigation background to join a well-established in house legal department
n
n
As a member of a growing business, you will be expected to take early responsibility for managing a significant caseload of contentious work to include residential landlord/tenant matters,, housing management, and property litigation, in addition to commercial contracts and data protection
n
You will be supporting the Head of Legal Services, team members and Director in reviewing legal risks and to develop appropriate mitigation and control strategies
n
n
THE CANDIDATE
n
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 PQE with a strong track record handling property litigation
n
You will have excellent technical skills and be capable of building and managing effective work/team relationships
n
Candidates must have good knowledge of the civil procedure rules, housing management, residential landlord and tenant law and contract law., and be able to effectively use technology such as a case management system
n
Knowledge of one or more of the following sectors: social housing, charities/not-for profit, property and development, regulated industry/services would be of particular interest
n
