Clinical Negligence Locum – Maternity Cover

We are currently working with a well established law firm who are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to provide maternity cover within their team.

n

n

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling Clinical Negligence claims, particularly those involving children and protected parties.

n

n

The role will involve:

n

n
• Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims

n

• Handling claims involving children and protected parties

n

• Progressing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion

n

• Working closely with clients and other professionals involved in the claims

n

• Providing a high level of client care throughout

n

n

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
• Solid experience in Clinical Negligence

n

• Previous experience managing claims involving children and protected parties

n

• The ability to manage their own caseload effectively

n

• Strong communication and organisational skills

n

• Experience working independently within a busy team

n

n

n

This is a maternity cover locum opportunity and would suit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor who is available for a longer term assignment.
