Job Description
A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years’ PQE to join its London team.

The successful candidate will work on high-value and complex commercial real estate transactions for a sophisticated client base including investors, developers, operators, financial institutions and infrastructure businesses.

The team advises across a broad range of real estate matters, with particular strength in large-scale development projects, investment transactions and transactions involving data centres and digital infrastructure.

Experience required:

- n
- Qualified in England and Wales
- Have 3-5 years’ PQE gained in a leading real estate practice.
- Experience advising on complex commercial property transactions
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
