Job Description
We are seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (4+ years' PQE) to join a leading global law firm's highly regarded Employment team in Manchester, at Associate or Senior Associate level.

The Team:
n
The team is part of a national Employment practice advising commercial clients, including FTSE 100 companies, across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Lawyers work closely with colleagues across the firm's international network on cross-border matters, giving the Manchester team a genuinely global reach.

The Role:
n
You will handle a varied caseload combining day-to-day advisory work with the employment aspects of corporate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings. You will also run tribunal and court litigation, advise on collective matters such as restructurings and TUPE transfers, and support clients through regulatory investigations and compliance projects. Seniority is flexible for the right candidate, with real scope to build your own client relationships.

Key Qualifications:

- n
- 4+ years' PQE in employment law, gained in a busy employment team
- Experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A proactive, well-organised approach to managing a varied caseload
- A strong academic record and genuine enthusiasm for the role
