A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its well-established and growing employment team. The Rolen From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a broad and senior-level caseload, including:

n

• Advising employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters

n

• Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases

n

• Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes

n

• Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues

n

• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

n

• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

n

• Supporting partners on high-value and complex matters

n

• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships

n

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law

n

• Strong technical expertise across contentious and advisory matters

n

• Experience managing complex cases and supervising junior colleagues

n

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

• Commercially minded and ambitious to progress within a leading firm
