THE FIRM

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Associate with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on a high-quality caseload within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will have significant client contact, work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to develop their own client relationships and practice.

n

THE ROLE

n

You will advise a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, luxury retail brands and corporate clients, across a broad range of commercial property matters.

n

The role will involve:

n

n
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

n

• Landlord and tenant matters

n

• Property finance transactions

n

• Commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings

n

• General asset management

n

• Managing an experience-appropriate caseload with a high degree of autonomy

n

• Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

n

• Supporting the continued growth and business development of the team

n

n

ABOUT YOU

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
• A minimum of 4pqe in Commercial Property

n

• Excellent academics.

n

• Strong technical experience across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property finance and corporate support transactions

n

• Experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm

n

• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision

n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

• Confidence advising sophisticated commercial clients

n

• Experience acting for HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail brands or similar clients would be advantageous

n

• A collaborative, team-focused approach

n

• A proactive and commercial mindset, with an interest in business development and growing a personal practice

n

• A strong work ethic and reliable billing record

n
