A well-established and growing legal firm in Gloucestershire is currently seeking a Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor looking for a long-term role with genuine progression and flexibility.

The Rolen You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
n
- n
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, developers, and lenders
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients and lenders
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

About You

- n
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
