Private networks- We find the besttechnology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, wekeep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair andmaintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
As part of a 24/7 shift rota, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing our strategic network and facilitating smooth service transitions. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, issue resolution, and fostering effective communication with customers and various stakeholders.
You’ll be w
orking to meet 99.99% network availability and management of customer incidents and faults within agreed SLA’s. You’ll
support rapid restoration of network fault resolution p
rior to critical service failure where possible, e
nsuring that 3rd Party team remain within agreed fault management guidelines.
You’ll take an overall pro-active responsibility for the technical support / issues arising within the environment at Data Centres, working with associated Service Desks to ensure the correct action for an incident is taken and posted to the correct resolving agency
. You’ll
include all necessary diagnostics / impact assessments and
investigate network problems identified using pro-active management tools.
What will you bring?
Understanding of network management and use of Network Management Platform tools
Proven track record of successfully prioritising simultaneous activities within SLA
Proven track record in complex delivery of multiple teams and interfaces
Self-motivating individual with the ability to develop strong customer relationships as well as functioning in a team environmentMust be PC literate and competent with Word/Excel/Visio/MS ProjectRecognised technical courses on related technical products and servicesCCNA minimumApproved best practise qualifications such as ITIL, ISO
