Data, Analytics & AI Solution Architect

Overview

In this role you will lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI solution design in a Microsoft-first environment at Teva. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures, guiding delivery teams through prototyping, reviews, and production readiness. You will ensure governance and security are embedded from design to deployment, while shaping end-to-end data and AI solutions. This position collaborates with a 200+ engineering organization to modernize decision making and accelerate innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases with focus on design quality, security, scalability, supportability, and cost
• Translate business needs into target architectures, integration patterns, and implementation guidance
• Lead hands-on prototyping, architecture reviews, and technical support for delivery teams
• Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the lifecycle
• Provide technical oversight through design and code reviews and production readiness checks
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and regulatory functions to meet standards and control requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams and control functions
• Mentor and lead by example within distributed delivery environments

Key requirements

• 15+ years IT experience
• 10+ years in senior solution architecture for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms
• 2+ years hands-on delivery of Microsoft-first AI platforms and services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow)
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake architectures, SQL, dimensional modeling)
• Proven ability to shape target designs and guide delivery teams through implementation
• Strong experience with security, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent English communication and ability to align across architects, delivery teams, stakeholders, and controls
