Responsibilities

• 評価と技術的・創造的アプローチの決定に関する協働（Compositing Supervisor/Visual Effects Supervisorと）
• Productionと連携したスケジュール見積り・人材配置の評価・割り当て
• ショット・シーケンス全体の品質管理（ルック・カラーの統一性）
• 最小限の指示で技術的・美学的問題へ独自に解決策を提供
• チームメンバーの協働と所属感を醸成する環境づくり
• ショーの士気と期待値の管理・明確化

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of Nuke
• Familiarity with using Linux systems
• Ability to write Nuke gizmos and/or plugins is a plus
• Composed and able to work graciously under intense time pressure
• Deep understanding of the general VFX pipeline
• Previous experience in look development and sequence supervision is beneficial
