Working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational teams, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities include:Preparation and submission of valuationsCost reporting and forecastingSubcontractor procurement and account managementManaging variations and change controlPreparation and agreement of final accountsSupporting project delivery teams with commercial adviceEnsuring projects are delivered within budget and maximise profitabilityAbout You
Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of
3 years’ experience
looking to progress, or an experienced
Project Quantity SurveyorPrevious experience within construction, refurbishment or fit-out projectsStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsAble to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFull UK driving licence preferredWhat’s on Offer?
