Overview
In this role you will design and implement advanced machine learning models to extract insights from large, complex datasets. You will translate business needs into analytical frameworks, build data pipelines, and develop visualisations to communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate across teams to enhance client services and product capabilities, while mentoring junior data scientists. Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated ML algorithms and statistical models for large datasets
- Develop methods to consolidate and analyse unstructured data sources
- Create predictive models to support client services and product enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient processing
- Create advanced visualisations and dashboards for stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance
- Evaluate and adopt new data science technologies and approaches
Key requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
- Expertise in statistical analysis, ML algorithms, and predictive modeling
- Experience with big data technologies and unstructured data
- Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
