42.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00JOB OVERVIEWThis is an excellent opportunity for a Plumber to join a facilities management operation maintaining a varied property estate across Cornwall, with training for water treatment and testing where required.Working across medium and large healthcare buildings and other sites, the Plumber will support planned and reactive maintenance, installations, repairs and safe, continuous building operation.The Plumber will work with the wider engineering team, complete essential compliance paperwork and contribute to high standards of workmanship and professionalism, with some national project travel.APPLY TODAYReady to make your next career move?

for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Plumber include:Plumbing Installation and Maintenance:

Carry out domestic and commercial plumbing, construction and maintenance work, including first and second fix installationsPlanned and Reactive Maintenance:

Complete PPM schedules, respond quickly to reactive faults and carry out repairs in line with service requirementsWater Systems and Sanitaryware:

Maintain water, plumbing and sanitaryware systems, including fabric and plumbing repairs and troubleshootingWater Treatment and Testing:

Perform water treatment and testing, with training provided where requiredBuilding Systems Support:

Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems and undertake other planned maintenance or fault-response work within competenceSafety and Site Continuity:

Complete assigned work safely to support tenants and the continuous operation of sitesCompliance and Teamwork:

Complete required paperwork, liaise with the wider engineering team and maintain effective communication across the businessProject Travel and Professional Standards:
