Overview

In this role you will lead customer-centric marketing workstreams to translate priorities into scalable campaigns and toolkits. You will partner with markets, the Hub and specialists to deliver coherent propositions, messaging and activation guidance that boost customer engagement and commercial outcomes. You’ll own planning, content guidance and performance learning to improve MROI, brand health and loyalty. The role combines customer insight with commercial focus to simplify delivery and raise execution standards. This position offers the opportunity to shape cross-market customer marketing at BP and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer marketing workstreams translating priorities into campaign plans, messaging hierarchies and activation guidance
  • Develop customer-led campaign plans aligned to annual and quarterly business plans and CX strategy
  • Provide market and performance insights to inform where to focus, scale or improve
  • Maintain marketing calendar and ensure alignment of customer-facing activity with business objectives
  • Create global campaign outputs, toolkits and activation guidance for markets, including CRM and lifecycle content
  • Produce market-ready materials such as content guidance, channel assets, activation templates and production guidance
  • Translate insight and performance data into briefs, content guidance and actionable recommendations
  • Guide performance tracking, test-and-learn approaches and optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborate with markets, creative agencies and internal teams to ensure outputs are locally relevant and globally consistent
  • Liaise with partners to communicate progress, risks and opportunities and provide clear briefs and guidance

Key requirements

  • Confirmed marketing experience including customer marketing, campaign development, activation, CRM/lifecycle communications or channel marketing
  • Experience creating integrated campaigns and reusable outputs adaptable across markets
  • Strong customer and commercial judgement to link needs to outcomes
  • Ability to translate data into briefs and actions
  • Strong creative judgement and channel-specific guidance
  • Understanding of owned, CRM, digital, paid social, OOH, POS and PR channels
  • Robust project management and delivery ownership across multiple workstreams
  • Strong partner management and cross-market collaboration
