Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the home
Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care
Support with clinical audits, assessments and reviews
Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the clinical team
Support the Home Manager with CQC compliance and inspections
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:Active NMC registration as an RGN/RMN
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home
Previous leadership or management experience within a care setting
