IFS Finance Consultant | Outside IR35 | Hybrid UK£725-750 per dayWe’re looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation programme and play a pivotal role in the design, configuration and delivery of finance solutions within a complex IFS environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance systems professional who combines strong functional expertise with a passion for improving business processes and delivering real value to stakeholders.The Role:You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement robust finance solutions across the IFS platform, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective and scalable system capabilities.Key responsibilities include:Leading finance design workshops and gathering business requirementsConfiguring and optimising IFS Finance modulesSupporting end-to-end finance processes including:General LedgerAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableProcure-to-PayOrder-to-CashProject FinanceRevenue RecognitionInventory CostingProducing functional specifications and supporting solution designManaging testing activities, defect resolution and user acceptance testingSupporting reporting, integrations and data migration activitiesProviding guidance to stakeholders and helping drive successful adoption of new processes and systemsSkills & experience:Proven experience delivering finance-focused IFS projectsStrong hands-on configuration experience within IFS FinanceExcellent understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting requirementsAbility to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business usersExperience working across full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deploymentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFinance transformation programmesERP implementation or upgrade projectsFinancial reporting and analyticsIntegration design and data migrationExperience working within complex enterprise environmentsCathcart Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
