Site Manager – Residential

Overview

In this role you will lead on-site operations for a 24-unit high-end residential development in Cobham, reporting to the Contracts Manager. You will supervise subcontractors to ensure homes are completed to exacting standards within an 18-month program. You will focus on internal fit‑out aspects and drive quality and progress across the site. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a prestigious project, offering clear impact on delivery and finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and on-site operations
• Ensure high-quality finish of all houses
• Act as number 1 site manager reporting to contracts manager
• Coordinate internal trades and progress to programme milestones
• Maintain safety, quality, and site standards
