In this Corporate Solicitor role in Manchester you will advise on Corporate Governance matters while supporting a top-rated team. You’ll work closely with corporate clients in an advisory capacity and help shape governance-related initiatives. You will also supervise and develop junior lawyers, gaining insight into the inner workings of growing organisations. Responsibilities

• Provide Corporate Governance advisory services to corporate clients
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers within the team
• Collaborate with colleagues on governance-related matters across the firm
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support advisory projects
• Contribute to the training and development of the corporate group

Key requirements

• Minimum 5PQE in corporate law
• Experience at a firm with strong corporate practice
• Strong academics
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Manchester
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, collegiate environment
