IT Project Manager / Implementation Project Manager
to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation.The business is experiencing significant growth and has
10 new customer projects
coming into the implementation team, alongside an existing team that is at capacity. They require an experienced Project Manager who can join quickly and take ownership of customer-facing technology implementation projects.This is a
hands-on Project Management role
and would suit someone with strong experience delivering SaaS, software, IT or technology implementations into external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT and SaaS implementation projectsTake ownership of customer projects from planning through to go-live and adoptionCreate and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and timelinesManage risks, issues, actions and project dependenciesCoordinate internal technical and implementation teamsWork closely with Solutions Architects and Solutions SpecialistsManage customer stakeholders and expectationsManage multiple customer projects simultaneouslyProvide project reporting and maintain delivery governanceSupport customers who do not have their own dedicated Project ManagerEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
Essential Experience
8+ years’ Project Management experienceStrong IT Project Management experienceExperience delivering
SaaS / software / technology implementationsProven experience managing
client-facing projectsStrong project planning and delivery experienceExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teamsAbility to work independently and take ownership quicklyHands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager rather than purely strategic/consultancy focused

Working Arrangement
The role requires
3 days per week onsite in Central London , with the office based on Dean Street.There may also be some travel to customer sites, with reasonable travel expenses covered.
