Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Competitive salary depending on experience, bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits packageRoles and responsibilities over time will include but not limited to:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transactional finance team, conducting regular 1:1’s, annual appraisals, and weekly workload planning meetingsAct as the escalation point for complex internal and external queries, supporting the team in overcoming operational bottlenecksOversee and execute core reconciliations, including daily/monthly bank accounts, credit card expenses, Equal prepaid cash cards and intercompany ledgers to ensure absolute control within the accounting systemsManage the weekly payment run, distributing approved runs to the team and managing final banking approvals for supplier payments and customer refundsMaintain a clean creditor ledger by monitoring supplier statement reconciliations, allocation of accounts, and resolving debit or historic balancesEnsure all direct cost invoices are posted on time, allowing the wider finance team to run accurate monthly accrualsProvide key support during peak month-end periods, year-end external audits, and finance transformation projectsPerson specification:Proven experience managing or supervising a transactional finance or Accounts Payable teamExcellent reconciliation skills, ideally with exposure to intercompany accounting and multi-currency transactionsStrong system literacy, with experience utilising ERP systems andIntermediate level ExcelConfident communicator across all levels of a businessCompetitive salary depending on experience, bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits packageRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
