Head of Systems, Security & AI Enablement

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms and security program that customers rely on, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub. You will shape architecture, governance and roadmaps, while leading a small team and partnering with executives across the business.

You will drive automation initiatives, oversee identity and access management across multiple countries, and steer AI adoption to improve operational speed and security posture.
