Anthropic is seeking a Data Center Energy Lead to oversee energy procurement and market strategy across Europe. You will work from a EU-based base to secure multi-hundred megawatt capacity for AI compute, navigating TSOs, DSOs, regulators, and network codes while aligning with project delivery timelines.
You will lead energy policy, grid connection processes, and commercial structures like PPAs to accelerate capacity delivery for Anthropic’s datacentre footprint.
