Sous Chef – Lead the Line, Grow to Head Chef

Marston’s PLC in Lancashire is seeking a Sous Chef to be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering when they are away.

You should bring branded experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, assist in managing the kitchen, run the line during service, develop the team, and maintain high standards of food and service. The role is 20 hours per week with pay up to £12.81 per hour.
