Bank Care Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Rewards

Prime Life is seeking compassionate bank Support Workers for Cherry Tree Lodge in Lincoln. The role offers regular shifts between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week, to support residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Full training is provided and DBS is funded for applicants.

You will provide dignified support, help residents participate in daily activities, and work with the team to create personalised care plans. A patient and respectful approach is essential for this role.
