Interim Company Secretary – Governance Lead (Manchester)

Michael Page is seeking an Interim Company Secretary in Manchester to support the C-Suite with governance, board meetings, and regulatory filings. You will overhaul the governance framework, maintain statutory records, and act as a point of contact for regulators.
