Private Equity Lawyer | Flexible Working & Elite PE Deals

Lipson Lloyd Jones is seeking a private equity lawyer with 2-4 PQE to join its Private Equity practice within the Corporate and Finance group. The role covers the full spectrum of private equity and corporate/M&A work, including private M&A, joint ventures, co-investments, secondaries, GP-led deals and LBOs.

The candidate should have strong equity-document experience (investment agreements and articles of association) and excellent drafting and written communication skills.
