Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and reporting to the CFO
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and reporting across European entities
• Support and coordinate with acquisitions integration and European expansion
• Manage finance operations between London and Frankfurt, including travel as needed
• Drive stakeholder communication with cross-border teams and leadership
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning

Key requirements

• 5+ years in a Finance Director role
• At least 10 years of experience in the commercial world
• Formal accounting qualifications (ACCA or ACMA)
• Experience with European operations; German-English communication a plus
• Knowledge of or exposure to the automotive parts industry is desirable
• Ability to travel between London and Frankfurt as required
