Unique Senior Family Role – Head of Office

Overview

In this role you will spearhead the launch and development of a new Kent office as a senior Family Law Solicitor (6+ PQE). You will lead a high‑quality privately funded family caseload and shape the direction, culture, and growth of the new location. Working with a strong central team, you will recruit locally, build a presence in the region, and drive the practice forward. This is an autonomous leadership opportunity to influence strategy, client service, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a high‑quality privately funded family caseload (divorce, finances, cohabitation, nuptial agreements, complex children issues)
• Spearhead the launch and growth of a new Kent office
• Shape direction, culture and growth of the new location
• Recruit locally and build a regional presence
• Collaborate with a strong central team to drive the practice forward

Key requirements

• Solicitor with 6+ PQE in family law
• Experience in leading or establishing a new office or practice area
• Ability to recruit and develop a team
