Responsibilities
- Manage and run your own commercial property caseload (acquisitions, disposals, leases, development)
- Liaise day-to-day with clients, agents, lenders and stakeholders
- Identify cross-referral and support wider business development
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues as the team grows
- Play a strategic role in expanding the practice across the wider office network
- Support high-quality client service in a collaborative environment

- Experience running own commercial property caseload
- Partner level or readiness to advance to Partner
