Overview
In this hands-on leadership role, you will steer Optiver’s global mobility function, setting direction and scaling delivery across regions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and People teams to embed mobility considerations into talent decisions while evolving the operating model. You’ll lead a globally distributed team, delivering expert guidance on complex moves and driving technology-enabled, employee-focused service. The opportunity combines strategic governance with hands-on case delivery to shape a scalable mobility platform that supports growth and cross-border talent mobility.

Responsibilities
- Lead global mobility delivery, managing complex and high-risk moves alongside the team while overseeing the global portfolio
- Set direction and priorities for the mobility function, translating People strategy into a scalable model
- Coach and develop a globally distributed mobility team with clear accountability and consistent ways of working
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and People teams on mobility, immigration, tax and employment implications
- Evolve the global mobility operating model, coordinating work across Mobility, People Operations, technology and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement using data, trends, and feedback to simplify processes and improve employee experience
- Identify opportunities to use technology, AI and automation to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Ensure governance and compliance across mobility activities with policies, controls and documentation
- Manage key mobility vendor relationships to secure effective service and value
Key requirements
- Experienced global mobility professional with knowledge of immigration, tax and employment considerations across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong business judgement and problem-solving for complex mobility matters
- Proven people leadership of geographically distributed teams
- Strategic stakeholder management with credibility among senior leaders, HRBPs and external partners
- Ability to operate across strategic, leadership and hands-on case delivery
